"We were so happy with our decision to choose this house! We brought 4 different family’s with kids so we had a full house and it was perfect. The house was beautiful and the host was very sweet and helpful. The fact that they had an extra slip for our boat made it so much easier and there is even a jet ski/boat rental place in the neighborhood. The kids loved the included kayaks and the Lilly pad. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, and the kids loved the hot tub and deck areas."

"We had a wonderful stay at Cris’s place on Grand Lake. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to everything we wanted to do.Communication was excellent prior and throughout our stay. Cris was responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out simple. We especially appreciated how well-stocked and thoughtfully maintained the home was. She even offered advice on boat slip rentals and things to enjoy for the family while we were there.When it was discovered that the garbage disposal wasn’t working, she had someone come over right away to replace it. Later, when the chiminea was accidentally broken during high winds, she quickly arranged for someone to remove it. We really appreciated how attentive and accommodating she was, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway at Grand Lake."

"Our family of 22 enjoyed our stay at this property. It accommodated our family well. It was very hot and humid so we spent a lot of our time inside and it never felt crowded. The only comments we have is that we feel the house wasn't as clean as it could be. Nothing over the top but just a lack of detail, specifically with the floors. Communication was good, but the cleaner had not been made aware that we had purchased the late check out. It wasn't a big problem and she was very nice. When something happened with the refrigerator and we lost food, Mike was kind enough to offer a discount for our next booking at this property. I appreciate the ease of communication and the detailed information regarding the property and the community"

"Great property! Amazing hosts with great communication! The ponds, the waterfall, the space, the amenities, the access to the lake, the VIEW of the lake, the fire pit, just can’t say enough!! They have everything! Be sure to buy a Sams pack of paper towels and trash bags though and that will help a ton!"
