Fantastic villa for 8 people

This luxurious holiday home is located near the resort of Crikvenica, in the natural area, in the village of Grižane. Far from the everyday noise and hustle and bustle and yet it is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches in Crikvenica.
Private pool outside ensures your refreshment and the gas grill that is at your disposal will make preparing food a breeze.
In the garden next to the pool there are sun loungers, parasols and a swing available.
The house is spread over two floors. In the lower area there is space for a bedroom and a bathroom. Both are barrier-free, so the ground floor is suitable for people with disabilities. Here are still the kitchen, laundry room, cozy dining table and ready to live, also without barriers.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a terrace and wonderful sea and mountain views.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
There are 4 parking spaces in front of the villa.

Traumhafte Villa

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Immobilie. Die Lage war super und bietet eine wunderschöne Kulisse. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und alle mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Abende haben wir meist gemütlich am Pool verbracht, gegrillt und die schöne Aussicht genossen. Auch die Sonnenuntergänge waren traumhaft. Innerhalb einer kurzen Fahrt erreicht man Supermärkte, Restaurants und auch Strände. Die Villa selber liegt auf einem Berg in einer etwas ruhigeren Gegend. Zudem führt eine private Straße mit Schranke zum Haus. Die Ruhe abseits der Touristen Hotspots haben wir sehr genossen. Nicht zuletzt möchte wir uns bei den sehr freundlichen Gastgeber bedanken.

Einfach herrlich

Unser zwei wöchiger Urlaub war einfach toll. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und waren positiv von dem Haus überrascht. Es entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern. Man kann sagen, dass es mehr als nur sauber war. Die Lage ruhig und dennoch in 10 Minuten im Geschehen. Die Gastgeber waren super. Nett, hilfsbereit, so dass wir sie bei unserer Abreise direkt ins Herz geschlossen haben. Sie kamen vorbei, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen und haben Tips für einen tollen Aufenthalt gegeben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir planen und hoffen unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder dort verbringen zu können. Kurz gesagt, ein super Haus für einen super Urlaub.

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Traumhafter Urlaub! Eine sehr schöne und luxuriöse Anlage in einem kleinen aber sehr attraktivem Dorf zwischen zwei Bergen mit netten Menschen, unglaublicher Ruhe und viel Natur drum herum. Super schönes Haus, klare und stilvolle Einrichtung mit unglaublicher Sicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Auf der Terrasse konnte man wunderbar in aller Ruhe entspannen und hatte einen tollen Blick. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung von der Vermieter Familie bekamen wir eine genaue Erklärung, wie es im Haus alles funktioniert und wo wir in der Stadt was finden können. Im Kühlschrank standen kühle Getränke parat. Der Vermieter gibt auch wertvolle Tips wo was in der Umgebung zu finden ist und zeigt sich gerne bereit einiges zu zeigen. Wir hatten 10 wunderbare Tage und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir uns noch mal für Kroatien und die Umgebung entscheiden, wissen wir ganz genau welches Haus gebucht wird. Danke noch mal für alles!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und die Bilder sprechen für sich. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Selbstversorger Urlaub mit Kindern benötigt. Nette Vermieter, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
