"No AC at night. Imposible to sleep inside without AC. The place supposed to have Air conditioning but not all the time, the owner said that was normal in cabo pulmo, but we ask around the people say it was a lie. So we move to another place and no problem with AC. The owner said he will reimburse money but that never happened."

"Alegranza is nice. However the restaurant has been closed for almost a year and the pools aren’t heated. Lounge chairs are awful. The listing is not accurate. This is not a resort type of location. Bug issue in the unit was resolved nicely and quickly. It was a good location to be able to walk to town and hotels. There is no beach access nearby."

"Arrived at the property on a Saturday afternoon. My unit was on the 2nd floor. Found the door to the stairs locked, no code to open was given. The contact phone and email address didn’t answer. Ended up getting a hotel room in town for 2 nights. On Monday I reached the property manager office and received a code for the door to go upstairs. "This place is quite amazing and right on the beach. The finishes are what really stand out here, especially when compared to other units in the complex. The travertine floors coupled with the quartz countertops and backsplash, along with the ample cabinetry. The whole place has been remodeled recently. "The property is new and as pictured. There was some difficulty with check in, information provided was not accurate and had to wait for a response from owner. We stayed a week and enjoyed the comfortable bed and small kitchen. One recommendation it is important to have access to clean towels and trash bags. The roof top provides a great view of sunset and a nice place to have a meal."

"The apartment is beautifully designed, nicely appointed, and very clean. The beach and the hotel pools are lovely, the staff throughout the hotel are very kind, and my kids loved the Kids Club. "Beautiful property on the golf course with a private pool and lush greenery surrounding you. A short walk to downtown and all the shop’s restaurants and Art Walk is only a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed making our breakfast and coffee mornings in the the fully stocked kitchen and a few BBQs in the evenings on the outdoor grill. Great grocery stores nearby for all your needs! Don is a great host and we will definitely be back!! 😎😎"

We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds.
