They say the rooms are non-smoking, yet the first room I got reeked of Marlboro cigarettes — it was like a literal hotbox of smoke. Then the second room I got, because I refused to stay in the first one, was a complete mess. The sheets weren’t even cleaned, and housekeeping clearly doesn’t bother changing them. The comforter had stains, and there were literal cigarette burn marks all over it. That’s honestly so gross and unprofessional. They don’t even bother switching to clean comforters. The beds weren’t even comfortable either. The toilet had a leak as well, and there wasn’t even any hand soap provided. The only nice thing was that there was a hairdryer in the room. I’d honestly suggest spending a little more on other hotels when visiting Rochester instead of this one. I definitely took an L on this booking."

"The facility looks new from the outside, bed comfortable but carpet dirty, cribs on the floor definitely housekeeping did not vacuum. Requested a blanket we were given a fitted sheet that we had to pick up the front desk as only 1 person is working. Breakfast ok. Music blasting on the floor we stayed into, no one said anything. We will NOT BE BACK ."

"Overall, I think our visit went extremely well. The staff was helpful and when the coffee pot went out in the room it was replaced quickly. I did feel that the prices of the restaurant, bar, and other facilities were extremely high. Could have used a microwave in the room."
