"I booked this room for a friend and they had to stay somewhere else. Said the room was deceiving from the pics online. Bed bugs and wreaked of cigarette smoke so bad they couldn’t tolerate it. "

Best Western Plus Prien Lake Hotel & Suites - Lake Charles

"The property was nice. The front office gals were polite and friendly as well. about the only bad thing i could say is that the garbage collection from the city woke us up at 545 am picking up the dumpster (which is in no way the hotels fault). breakfast was nice and had plenty of choices "
