"The room was not cleaned before we checked in. Sheets were dirty and there was hair all over the pillows. Carpets were filthy and very stained. "

"Enjoyed our stay at the Isle Casino Waterloo. Hottub and pool were very nice. Great location and next to Lost Island waterpark and roller coaster rides. Casino play was OK, but not very exciting. Part of Caesar Casinos. Overall, would stay again on my next visit."

"Youth baseball team running in hallways late at night until 1:00 pm unsupervised."

"The daily breakfast was always on point and fully stocked. Staff was great, rooms clean and one of the best stays I've had."

"Are room was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The arrangement was different and the day/night was really hot. The air conditioner could not keep the room with the couch cool. The picture that was on the wall in the bathroom was off and the hardware was still on the wall. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was defrosting and there was water all over the counter. The cereal was soggy and some of the sausage was extremely overcooked."

"We had a king room and it was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. There was a little league baseball team there, but we never heard the kids. So rooms stayed quiet. Spacious & clean bathroom, too. Would definitely stay here again."
