"Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. "La struttura era molto pulita ma non dispone di aria condizionata, nell'appartamento è disponibile sono un ventilatore verticale. Non definisco questa esperienza positiva perché l'assistenza è disponibile solo fino alle ore 21. Dopo le 24, al nostro rientro in struttura c'è stato un black out in tutto il quartiere e, avendo solo una chiave elettronica non riuscivamo ad accedere nell'appartamento. "The property was as pictured, including toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials. This is a perfect place for a big group, with 15 bed rooms and 14 beds (4 doubles). The was plenty of seating/table space in the kitchen. 3 bathrooms/ showers all together apart from the bedrooms. It's a short walk to bus stations and there is a shop across the street. Maria was very responsive and accommodating. We reported 2 broken shower heads which I've been told are now new."

"Super séjour passé chez Paolo qui est très disponible et a le soucis du détail. L'appartement était très propre et la literie très confortable. Je recommande vivement "

"We visited Turin during the month of September. The temperatures were high during the day and minimal cooling late at night. The listing had air conditioning but in fact meant two portable air conditioners. Unfortunately one unit was broken. I contacted Maria and she promised to come the next day to work on it. She came the next day and replaced the unit, unfortunately it did not work either. I contacted her but received no response. All of us moved to the upstairs to sleep with the one unit....

"So well situated feet away from the padestrian via Garibaldi filled with eateries, cafes, shops and just around the corner from Piazza Castello. Super helpful staff. Very elaborate breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. "
