Upon arrival we were greeted by Ladissi at the check in desk. She was kind and welcoming. Throughout our 4 day stay she was always incredibly thoughtful - offering us an umbrella on a rainy day, writing out a detailed list of the most noteworthy restaurants nearby by as well as calling a beach club in Sete to book our reservation, in French! Merci! She is truly a gem and made our stay unforgettable! "
