Unfortunately, they were not understanding of the situation and declined to offer any refund, which was disappointing given the circumstances. I expected a greater level of empathy from such a large corporation."

"This was a quick, one-night stay after returning from a trip. Upon entering the hallway, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and other musty odors. The keypad to the room door barely worked, and it took several minutes to get it open. The hotel rooms themselves were in poor condition—when I pulled out a chair to hang my coat, a piece of the desk was broken off and just lying on the chair. Thankfully, no one sat on it. I’m grateful this was only a one-night stay, as I would not recommend this hotel."
