"Awful experience. Didn’t get my money back when THEIR a/c went out. They called 30 min before arrival to mention there was no AC but refused to give a refund because they technically offered a different place to stay, significantly more disgusting place to stay. Horrible cleaning, bugs everywhere, mouse poop in the pull out couch. It was the basement of another unit and was mold and damaged drywall that had gotten painted over. list goes on, just a brutal experience that they kept my money over....
