"We were there for a total of 4 days. The first night we were unable to use the hot tub because they had refilled it earlier in the day and it was COLD. Over the next few nights we got in but it never got hot to our liking. We would’ve enjoyed the hot tub more if it was at the actual temperature it was meant to be. The fitness room was closed the entire time we were there as well which was also very disappointing. The hot tub and fitness room were 2 of the reasons we chose this hotel from the beginning. "

"Nice view. That’s about it. Okay beds (comfortable). But the room and rest of the hotel was filthy and falling apart. Holes in bath towels, grime, stains, wallpaper peeling-mold underneath, baseboards falling off, windows you can barely see out of because the glass was so dirty, the pool was green and moldy, exposed rusty metal in the crumbling cement balcony floor, broken, wobbly toilet, cockroaches in the hallways. I hate giving negative reviews but it was pretty bad. "

"Could not stay in assigned room, or a replacement. Dirty, soiled, cigarette smoke and marijuana smell. Communication with staff was awful. Checked out and went to another hotel. Worst experience!"

"The room had an amazing view and was quite clean, the staff were very friendly in the limited contact I had with them during check in. I spoke with a couple different members of the maintenance staff on the elevator and they all seemed to enjoy their job. We used the in room jetted tub, visited the restaurant, hot tub, and pool one night which was both comfortable and clean as well. Even the fire alarm that went off was pleasant! Visited during the off season right before spring break so it was also a great value and quiet. "

"Tim was clean, jets in hot tub worked, patio clean. It’s obviously older, but is clean, comfortable, the elevators always work and staff is always cordial and courteous! I’m a return visitor because it’s quiet at the end of the beach near the inlet and we love the hot tub!"
