Single Family home just 400 walking ft. away from the beautiful beaches of the Chesapeake Bay, or Chics Beach, the non-tourist, residential resort area of Virginia Beach. The Chics Beach area offers a large variety of restaurants and nightlife. If you venture out, all of the amazing attractions of Virginia Beach are just minutes away by car. The Virginia Beach Oceanfront resort area is just 20 minutes. First Landing State Park access is only a short drive away offering a multitude of serene walking and biking trails.

This spacious home features 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The 4 queen bedrooms provide very comfortable bedding and each has attached balconys/decks. The massive king bedroom has a tempur pedic mattress, en-suite with a large jetted soaking tub and separate shower and includes a private balcony. There are 2 bunk rooms with sleeping for 4 ppl in each room. The bunk rooms, 1 queen room and king room are located on the second floor of the home. Two of the queen rooms are located on the first floor with a full bathroom. The 4th queen bedroom is located on the third floor with another full bath on the 3rd floor. On the ground floor, there is are 2 queen sleeper sofas. All bed and bath linens are provided for 21 people.

There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, each one including microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. All dinner ware, serve ware, and cook ware is included in the kitchens. The home provides 2 full size washers and dryers located off of each of the kitchens.

There is also an outdoor shower in the fully fenced back yard along with a gas grill.

Hi-speed internet and WiFi is complementary. There is room for 7 vehicles in front of the home. 5 spots along the front and 2 additional vehicles parallel parked along the edge of the driveway. (Additional street parking first come first serve). 16 beach chairs and 4 beach umbrellas as well as 2 beach wagons are provided for guest use. You have all you need for a wonderful relaxing week at the beach (just bring your own beach towel).

This beach neighborhood also features a handful of restaurants/bars in walking distance. Around the corner, Buoy 44 is a great restaurant located right on the beach. Just a few blocks from the home are HK on the Bay and Commonwealth Brewery. Your able to escape the crowds of the Oceanfront at Chics Beach but are still just a short drive to all of the major attractions that Virgnia Beach has to offer.
