Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo located on the Boardwalk in the resort area of Virginia Beach! Water views from every window! Extra large oceanfront balcony along with 2 balconies off of the bedrooms! Updates include the fully equipped kitchen, extra large master bathroom, hall bathroom and flooring.

Enjoy the indoor heated pool, fitness room, newly remodeled lobby and Wi-Fi throughout the whole building. 24 hour security, gym, locked area for bikes, coin operated laundry facility on each floor except for the 1st floor.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. We furnish the comforters/bed spreads, mattress pads, pillows and blankets. You can rent bed linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels from a local company or you are welcome to bring your own.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

Would stay again
The world surfing qualifications were going on so that was cool to see. The condo was clean and large enough for our party of four; however there is still carpet in bedrooms and the master needed a good cleaning. I would recoomend this condo and the area of the beach/boardwalk was clean and quiet. Check in was easy and Margie and staff were great.

Perfect location on the boardwalk
The location was great, the property manager was attentive to my needs and issues that we discovered. The only thing I can see that needs attention is the cleanliness of the condo. The floors need a good cleaning and the master bedroom rug is very dirty due to foot traffic. Maybe after the season it gets a better cleaning, but in between tenants, a good vacuum, sweep and mopping is necessary.

Good value for the location
First trip to the beach with our two younger daughters. Condo was is good shape but could use a deep clean. Slight issue with ants in the kitchen but after a quick clean the evening we got there and the following morning, we didn't seem to have many other issues. Building itself felt very secure with posted security all day. Access to the beach was great. Didn't let the construction to the building or prep for the upcoming music festival damped our trip. Everyone had a great time. The girls didn't want to come home!!

great location condo needs repairs
closet door fell off and on me upon opening and my husband had to fix it. Several lamps didn't work in bedrooms or could not be plugged in or were broken.No knobs on the dressers to pull drawers open. I THINK IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE FLOORS HAVE BEEN MOPPED! swept but not mopped. all employees were very nice! We loved the location and the beach! Maybe add a stainer for pasta to the kitchen, everything else in kitchen was great. The beds were great.thanks for a great week!

There were a few things that were a little dirty or in need of repair and some bugs here and there that I could have done without but the location was amazing and we are pretty easy going so we just dealt with the few problems we had.

Overall we were happy with the property. The pool was closed almost the whole week, but that was the condominium building owners, not the rental agency. Would have been good to have some additional information about the public transit, as we found it confusing and frustrating. Again, not renting agent issue.
