Ocean is Across the Street - 3BR, 3.5 BA Contemporary Condo

Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8, occupancy limit of 9)

PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROPERTIES RENT FOR A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

This 3-story contemporary townhouse style condo is across the street from the ocean on Atlantic Avenue at the south end of the resort area. Walk to Rudee Inlet for deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing or just fishing from the shore.

Floor Plan:

1st floor - In-law suite with double bed and full bath.

**NOTE: Need to use Exterior Staircase to access 2nd floor.**

2nd floor - Living room with adjoining balcony includes flat screen TV and DVD player; dining room; public half bath; fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, electric range, dish washer and counter top microwave; 1/2 bath.

3rd floor - Master bedroom with queen bed and full bath with jacuzzi, 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds and full bath; balcony between bedrooms; utility closet with full size washer and dryer.

Amenities: WIFI, outside shower with cold water located in carport, 2nd & 3rd floor balconies, full size washer and dryer, TVs in all 3 bedrooms

Parking: Covered carport - 2 spaces. NO EXTRA PARKING PROVIDED.

Tenant must bring linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels or rent them from a local company.

Great place at Southern end of Boardwalk

This was our second time in this unit; third in this building. We love the location (very short walk to the beach) and the unit. Plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked kitchen enables a few home cooked meals. Property manager Margie is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to questions or concerns. Will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Virginia Beach. The location was excellent with beach access within a short walk across the street. Everything was there as listed and the place was clean and organized. Access to the property was convenient and everything we needed was within a short walk or drive. Our Property manager, Margie was very responsive to our needs and checked in to see if everything was working or if we needed anything. She replaced a grill that was not in good repair with a new one in time for our Fourth of July meal. It was our first trip to Virginia Beach and probably not our last. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean and affordable

We had a nice stay at 217 on 4th street. Main part of condo is spacious and clean. Separate downstair room is small, but our guest only used the room for sleeping and shower. Margie was very accessible to our outreach.

Very nice, close to beach.

Very nice condo. Very clean. Dealing with the manager was easy. The AC was not working and she promptly dealt with it and it was fixed within a day. Our only complaint was having to pick up the key from an address on 22nd st, but it wasn't too big a deal. Overall, wonderful stay and experience.

Virginia Beach Never Disappoints! If you wanna feel like you're at home, stay here!!

We love going to VB and we loved staying at this unit! We stayed at another unit in the complex 3 years ago and became very fond with the location. The units are well maintained, spacious and make you feel like you're at home. Margie and her staff truly never miss a beat. They're always in constant communication with you throughout the entire process. They're always available in case you need anything. And of course everyone was very friendly with every interaction. Loved this unit, perfect for our active family of four and will only rent from Margie in Virginia Beach!!!

Va beach vacation

We enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and close to the beach and Rudees inlet. The condo was immaculate. The kitchen was fully adequate and supplied. There was ample space for 8 of us. The carport was perfect to fit 2 vehicles. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Virginia Beach. Margie was wonderful in our planning and answered all of our questions.

Very close to the beach. Family friendly. Convenient to shuttle to take you around Virginia Beach.

Found a dirty towel at the food of the bed in master bedroom and a toy unicorn in one of the drawers. Cobwebs in the corners also. Property manager, Margie Chapman was wonderful. I forgot my bathing suit in the bathroom and she is going to ship it back to me which I’m very grateful for as it was not a cheap bathing suit

Great Beach Rental

Short walk to the beach great for families

The house was great we had me and my family and my sister and her family. check in was Super easy the house was clean One block from the boardwalk parking was great for two SUVs the outdoor shower was perfect to not get sand into the house The deck with the table was perfect for the evenings we had a problem with the dryer but they came and fixed it that day and we’re great about it

Nice place close to the beach

Very nice townhome styled rental with a in-law suite. The two bedrooms in the main unit are spacious and comfortable. Living and dining area are large and well equipt. The in-law suite is a bit outdated, more like a small standalone bed and bath, would be great for a teen on a family trip. Management was very communicative and accommodating. The location is a short walk from the beach, Overall it is a great place to stay

Great location!

Place was great, nothing fancy, but just right for a relaxing week. It is good to note that their is an Army base nearby and fighter jets are CONSTANTLY flying over the house as well as the beach. If you are not expecting them, they can take you off guard with how loud they are! Especially first thing in the morning while you are still sleeping!

Great location, awesome property management, & so many things to do in the area.

My wife, two adult kids along with my close friend and his girlfriend all stayed in this great condo. The location is great for a short easy walk to the beach and the lively Main Street where all the action is.

Family vacation

This was a last minute decision to book because everything else we looked at was taken for our dates. This property was perfect for us, extremely clean and roomy for the 4 of us. It was only a short 2 minute walk to the beach. If we ever come back to Virginia beach we will try to book this property. I highly recommend it if you are searching for a place to stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to make priceless memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

Visiting our sailor.

I found this nice little surprise at last minute and was able to cancel hotel reservations. It was a family of 5 all hanging out together, we were down visiting our sailor. It was great being able to do a quick load of laundry and cook most of our own meals, sailor appreciated mom's cooking vs. eating every meal out. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. You can sit on the balcony and still see a bit of the ocean, you really are just across the street in a fairly quiet section of Atlantic Ave and takes like 2 minutes to walk over to the beach. We only had 2 very minor issues which Margie and her assistant were very prompt at helping us with. Wifi router needed to be reset, we just needed help locating it. One of the pull out couches wouldn't pull out, Margie came over to check it out and then contacted a handy man to fix it. The handyman was a very nice gentleman as well. If we ever make it back to Virginia Beach I would rent this place again! And I would definitely recommend it to family and friends....and strangers too..lol. Before I forget....one of the stops for the trolley is just right across the street. This just really is a great property .
