This a unique property just new for Virginia Beach Oceanfront located in the heart of the best location of the resort where you see the sunrise and sunset access roof deck. 5 minute walk to the board walk, 2 blocks from grocery and ABC store. 3 blocks from two entertainment stages. The triplex building has three 5 bedroom 5 bath units with off street and on street parking. Walking distance to the best bar and restaurants with many amenities added.
New building especially designed for the parents, children and grandchildren to enjoy their week vacation at the beach and create those memories. Instead of hiding away in the isolation of a beach only enjoy it all. Short drive north or south for that isolated beach, but the safe lifeguarded beach is 5 minutes from your front door. Stay here get everything. Something for everyone. second floor above carport is a two bedroom with the same appliances as main kitchen floor except a oven. two bedrooms with shower and shower/tub combo, sofa bed. While your adult children are on the deck or in the kitchen living room late at night you are with the grandkids. Third floor three bedrooms. Master with own bath, Jack and Jill two bedrooms one bathroom. Forth floor living area with sofa bed and full bath, wall TV viewing from kitchen to living. . Enjoy the gas fire glass fireplace. Island seating and dinning table. Two washer and dryers on second and third floor. Bring your coffee to the roof deck for the rise and your glass for the sunset. The building is a hurricane designed(windows and floors) commercial building. Lighted common areas halls and garage, fire sprinklers, smoke and carbon detectors throughout. Insulation and soundproofing(the whole exterior of the building is foamed and bat insulation to the max, including interior walls. ( you will need to go to the roof deck or open your window to hear the waves of the beach. Enjoy the roof deck firepit and grill cookout without the pesky summer BUGS.

Great location and loved the roof patio. I would have preferred an elevator however the stairs were ok. Kitchen was well equipped and towels bedding was great. Parking was tight but there was some on street passes that worked well. Had a lot of beach toys and equipment.

Perfect
We stayed here for a basketball tournament. We were four adults and 5 middle school girls. The location was perfect,plenty of room. We had a minor confusion about the parking, but then were able to figure it out and everything was fine. There were plenty of towels, just basic, and the roof deck was very nice. I'm pretty particular about towels, so I would probably bring my own next time. LOL We would stay again and it was perfect for team bonding. Lots of stairs, so that could be an issue for some.

We stayed in this property with our 7 children and Grandma. There was more than enough space for our whole family. And we really enjoyed the location. The rooftop deck was perfect for watching the 4th of July fireworks.

Convenient & Spacious Unit
The unit was spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to run around, and the adults not being on top of each other. It was only a short walk to the beach, restaurants & groceries (Harris Teeter). Playgrounds and mini-golf are only a few blocks away, for those who didn't want the beach daily. Jon provided carts, umbrellas, toys, and chairs for the beach, a nice benefit. Parking was a bit difficult, trying to squeeze into the spaces. Jon was there to greet us when we drove in and showed us the unit. It was very convenient having two washer/dryers & two kitchens. There were plenty of towels for our use.

Worked great for our needs, with the group that we had.
We loved the location and the amount of rooms and beds provided. The house could use some minor repairs, things you wouldn’t expect to see for the price of the rental… The camera on the rooftop made us somewhat uncomfortable. Jon was extremely helpful upon arrival with arranging groceries to be brought into the building since it took us longer to get there than anticipated. The linens and towels being provided was great with the amount of people we had. King size bed was extremely comfortable.

Great Family Vacation
We rented two of John's units right next to each other for two large families and our vacation was amazing. The location is perfect and only a block away from the beach. The host is very easy to reach and takes care of any issues right away. John is also a very nice person and we really appreciated staying in his home. Would definitely come back again!! Also he has beach buggies and extra beach equipment which helped us out a lot! P.S.- There are four flights of stairs but the rooftop is amazing and we used it a lot!!

Great Location
I highly recommend the property. The location is convenient. Parking is available. It worked for us where I have my 4 employees sleep on the 2nd floor with their own kitchenette and laundry, while my family slept on the 3rd floor. The 4th floor was spacious to accommodate all of us for sit-down meals. The roof deck is a great feature.

When I say trust the pictures and this listing Property, TRUST IT! Thank you so much Jon for being who you are. Our vacation was very welcoming and by far best experience we have had in VA! I will rebook with this owner the property unit is amazing and spacious and love The floor plan set up! We all felt Comfortable with privacy for our families! Secure and safe with the lock codes! Virginia Beach Celebration 2022
We brought a multi-generational group to Virginia Beach to celebrate our sons graduation from ODU. The house was perfect to accommodate all of us very comfortably. Great Family Beach rental
Very nice and new property. We had a large group of 7 adults and it was able to sleep all of us in a separate bedroom most with their own bathroom. Very new and clean and the rooftop patio was a great place to view the city and have some cocktails. Can’t wait to stay here again. Only a block and a half away from the beach.
