A few simple guidelines to keep things smooth:
1. Smoke & Pet-Free Home: Thanks for keeping the space fresh! A $200 fee applies if needed.
2. Tidy Up: Please wash and return any used dishes.
3. Furniture & Lights: Feel free to rearrange, just return items and switch off lights/appliances before checkout.
4. Lock Up & Trash: Secure doors/windows and place trash in the complex dumpster before heading out.
5. Keys & Parking Passes: Lost items can be replaced for $125.
6. Rest Easy: The city allows three guests per bedroom, so everyone has plenty of space to unwind.

1. Laundry: Coin-operated machines are available in the complex.
2. Parking: Two designated spots right out front, marked "204B."
3. Packing Tips: Coffee, beach towels (or rent from us!), sunscreen, and comfy shoes.
