The Rimini is one of our most contemporary vacation homes! This unit features a sleek modern kitchen with ample counter space and multiple seating for entertaining. The beautiful lighting, extensive tile work, and original artwork all add to this condo's sophisticated ambiance. In the bedrooms you will find one king bed and one full over full bunk bed with the most comfortable mattresses available.

With dining comes great conversation, new friendships and memories. We invite you to visit our back yard area for all of your culinary needs! We have a plentiful garden with fresh vegetables and herbs available for our vacationers. Along with the fresh produce, grills and seating areas are available for guest to sit back, relax, and enjoy good conversation.

We hope you enjoy Plaza 2700's ideal location, close to many fine restaurants, shopping and only a three minute walk from Virginia Beach's famous boardwalk and beach.

TV Remote would only change channels - no volume control. TV was loud Ice maker did not work Remote for ceiling fan did not work - no ceiling fan Broken light over sofas Propane tank was empty Otherwise, it was fine. Great location.

Will Never Stay Here Again!!
This place was terrible. We got there and the property was filthy. There was trash in the trash can and the floors were so gross. We swept twice and had to have housekeeping vacuum because they hadn’t done it. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black so we had to wear shoes inside. They gave us TWO rolls of toilet paper for 8 people for 5 days. No dish soap, no hand soap, no hand towels anywhere. Washcloths and towels had holes in them. The tub was filthy and we had to clean it before use. The drain was clogged and water wouldn’t go down. Had to dig hair out with a fork and it was bigger than a mouse. We should get our cleaning fee back and then some!

Minimal Rental // Good Location
This is definitely a minimal rental with just the essentials and beds that might make a 35 year olds back ache. Relatively clean. The water dispenser in the fridge / ice maker was broken so bring bottled water. Other than that, though - it did the trick. Great location.

Just what we needed for visiting our VA Beach Grandkids for 10 days in January, 2017
We originally reserved the Rimini, but got a call from the owner that we'd been upgraded to the Padova as a plumber was working in the Rimini. The Padova gave us a home base so we could visit the families of two of our kids and four of our grandkids. We enjoyed our little Padova home for our 10 day stay without having to crowd in on top of our kids and grandkids in their homes. Perfect!

Cheaply refinished and dirty
Positives: The only reason I'm giving this property 2 stars is for the manager accommodating us at the last minute to rent the place the same night in addition to the following three nights. Washing machine available and grocery store closeby. However... Negatives: The doors to the building are heavy, narrow, and swinging. Not a great combination for small kids who struggled to navigate the doors smashing into them or the people around them. The furniture is cheap including a rug in the living room that was overall dirty but also included a spot about 6 inches in diameter of dried food mashed into. From my guess it looked like cheerios. The wood floor was grimy, seemingly only swept but not mopped. I proved it by wiping a wet wash cloth across the floor and it came up black. There are signs everywhere of major wear and tear despite efforts on the owners' part to refinish the place as cheaply as possible. Not a single roll of toilet paper in the place. I understand needing to buy your own supplies and how a VRBO is different from a hotel, but we arrived in the evening and realized after settling in for an hour that we HAD to go to the grocery store for toilet paper/paper towels. Thankfully it was just down the block, but it was raining that night and my husband got soaked. One courtesy roll would have saved us the hassle of rushing out to do get it that same night which, without a car, meant walking to the grocery store. On a related note we also had to buy salt and pepper from the grocery store when we realized the following day that there were no basic condiments/spices provided. Again, understandable but annoying and another cost. Having a washing machine was nice. We did a ton of laundry, mostly because the machine is small and can't handle much and we were washing towels constantly, which was loud. The dryer lint catcher was severely rusted and hadn't been cleaned out in who knows how many loads. The TV remote in the living room had at least 3 broken buttons that we knew of: the "Up" button, the number "2" button and one other. We had requested a move into a different apartment or at least a cleaning of the rug/floor. They offered to clean and only got the rug done. No follow-up when we asked for a credit and the property manager said they would get back to us.

Not really like it!
First night we got there and there was no parking space available even though I have parking pass. So I have to park on the side and got a $70 fine ticket next day!!! So mad!!! There were not a lot parking spaces for the guest!! Will definitely find somewhere else next time!!!

Just a short walk to the beach and convenient to all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Beautiful property! Everything was pristine clean when we arrived and we were treated so well by the friendly staff. I would highly recommend booking this property.
