  • Welcome to Soul Retreat, AKA Absolute Paradise-New Owners fresh new look. located on the second story of this gorgeous condominium complex! Start your vacation off right by having a drink on the extra large wrap around balcony, offering stunning views of Sandbridge beach and bay. The 2,000 square feet that this condo offers will allow you and your family more than enough space to wind down and store all your belongings as needed! Your family cook will make themselves at home in the spacious kitchen with stunning granite counters and stainless steal appliances, open to the dining area which seats 8 plus 4 more bar stools for any extra guests you may have over for dinner! Your kitchen will be fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals, all you need is your groceries.

    Beds: 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 twin over twin bunk set and Queen bed and 2 rollaway beds in closet. Sleep for 12

    PLEASE NOTE: This condominium does all work during the off season.
    Please Note: Pets are not permitted in any of our condo rentals due to the condominium association's rules and regulations.
    Condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.
    Homes are furnished and decorated to the individual Owner's taste.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised by the size and location of our rental. With 5 adults and 5 kids kindly the right space can be difficult. Our rental company was easy to work with and available. I did have to mop the floors - the kids feet were black after walking barefoot. I didn't report it but since you asked for a review I thought I'd mentioned it.We would love to return to your beautiful town of Sandbridge! Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here and liked the condo quite a bit. Cleanliness and maintenance would be my only complaint. On the outside of the buildings, it was pretty dirty. Dead bugs covered the place. The balcony was not swept and again, covered with dust and bugs. The pools were also pretty dirty and loosely maintained. The inside of our until was quite clean. The furnishings were comfortable. Creaky but comfortable beds. Toilets were constantly threatening to clog or clogging from the very beginning. Handles on things would come off in your hand while you were using them. The fridge shelves frequently came apart. We accepted the short comings because we liked the place over all. But it’s not a cheap rental so I think they should invest more in maintaining the whole property.

The property was roomy and the layout worked for our party of 6. The roomy “L” shaped balcony deck was very nice and was outfitted with a picnic table and chairs. The condo was very close to a complex pool and the beach. We used the gas grills to cookout one evening and visited the on-site Mexican restaurant for drinks one afternoon. The appliances were dated and the dishwasher did not work at all during our stay. A repair technician did come twice but determined the dishwasher was not repairable and would have to be replaced. Bring your own garbage bags and bathroom essentials - hand soap, tissues, and toilet paper and kitchen supplies - dish detergent, paper towels and napkins. Only sample sized dish products are provided. We would consider this property and this condo again for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the location of the designated parking spot near the elevator and the close proximity to a pool and beach. As a whole this is a very nice condo complex. However, I noticed that the grounds seemed overgrown and neglected compared to last year.
