Studio unit at Boardwalk Villas

Oceanview studio unit at Boardwalk Resort and Villas at17th St and Atlantic Ave. Studio sleeps 2. Partial kitchen. This is a really nice resort right next to the fishing pier. Very modern building and units. Fantastic Beach Views. Really nice indoor pool, hot tub and amenities. One of our favorite resorts in Virginia Beach!

My week start on Friday so you will need to please check in or out on a Friday.
Premium TV channels, DVD players, free Wi-Fi and laptop-compatible safes in each unit.

FYI I use a booking management software package called OwnerRez. This means you will also receive email communication from this platform with things like the rental agreement you will need to sign, communications about check in, and other communications. Please contact me with any questions about the OwnerRez emails.

Resort amenities include a fitness center, a heated indoor oceanfront pool and hot tub, laundry facilities and a private parking garage. There is a great restaurant located on the first floor of the building that serves fresh seafood, pasta and steaks.

Boardwalk Resort Hotel and Villas is located in the heart of the resort district, in the center of Virginia Beach’s famous boardwalk – named one of the “Top Ten Boardwalks in America.” Guests are just steps away from free entertainment at 17th Street Stage, and the best dining and shopping along the boardwalk.

Located in the heart of VAB - the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, night life, roller coasters and rides, mini golf, arcades, and the ocean front and beaches. Great place for kids and adults.

The city of VA Beach pays bands and street acts to perform on every other street corner every night between 17th and 30th Street. Free concerts at the several pavilions up and down the boardwalk. Great place to ride bikes or rollerblade. Parking included. Indoor pool and hot tub. Arcade games, gym, activities. 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.
