Private Pool & Hot Tub: Relax in our pool (May-Sept) or enjoy the hot tub (available year-round) and included in your rental.

Proximity to the Beach: Just a 0.4-mile walk to one of the best and least crowded beaches on the east coast. Enjoy the waves, build sandcastles, hunt for sand dollars, or spot dolphins in the ocean.
Perfect for Multiple Families:
Top Floor: King bedroom (sleeps 2) with en suite bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, two queen bedrooms (each sleep 2), and a shared hallway bathroom.
Bottom Floor: Queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with en suite bathroom, small sitting area, full bathroom, game room with ping pong table with sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and a bunk room with four twin beds (sleeps 4).
Family-Friendly Layout: Ideal for families with kids, the floorplan allows for just enough separation for adults and children to enjoy their own spaces while still being close by.
Additional Information:
Parking: Accommodates up to 6 cars in the driveway. No on-street parking allowed.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in (mid-Sept to April) available for an additional $25 per hour.
Damage Deposit: A $500 damage deposit hold on your card starts at check-in and is released 7 days after check-out, provided no damages occur.

November 2021: New bedroom sets and mattresses, living room furniture, paint, carpet, wall art, smart thermostat, Ocean Pearl logo and signage, and replaced kitchen tools.

Our family had a wonderful family vacation in Sandbridge VA! The house is location in a family oriented neighborhood and a short walk to a fantastic beach. The property manager was very responsive.

Second time staying here, has everything you need. Perfect location, close to beach and shops, clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool, hot tub, yard and dock are a plus! Owners are friendly and responsive.

Nice amount of space, comefy furniture. Could've of used an extra fridge to hold more drinks. The screened in part of the back deck was nice for sitting at night.

We liked very much the property - enough room for all our kids, a large pool good for swimming, the property is close to the beach and to the awesome ice cream store... and also not too far from the famous Virginia Beach boardwalk and the Aquarium... An awesome place to be with the whole family.

We were in town for a Youth Evangelism Conference. The layout of the house worked perfect for us having separate floors and bedrooms on both floors. It made it a lot easier to keep girls and guys separated. Would love to stay again next January.

Only complaints were the outdoor areas could use up keep and cleaning. Lots of webs and rusty deck nails coming through. Only complaint inside is the comfort of the beds. Other wise the cleanliness and spacious house was great for me and and my friends.

Property was very easily accessible, very convenient to the beach, canal, groceries although i wish the property had been directly on the beach or maybe a block away from the beach for easier and more convenient access. Appliances were impressive, every room had adequate sunlight and breeze.

A few of my friends and myself came down for an event and never wanted to leave, the place had everything advertised and more in a very convenient location. Super spacious, just a walk to the beach, and endless restaurants within a short drive, but the pool, hot tub, dock, and outdoor areas were enough to keep us all entertained. The home owner was always a call/text away and treated us with the utmost respect while the inside and outside of the house were well maintained and had modern appliances and locks. The short and sweet; this place was fantastic, the sooner we can come back the better, definitely planning for it already!

It is a beautiful home on a beautiful canal with a beautiful pool. What more could you ask for! Pool was heated to perfection and the hot tub was also a nice thing to have. We stayed here with our friends and our combined 5 children (ages 1-7). It was a kid friendly home and very comfortable. Host responded to inquiries so quickly throughout the process which is always appreciated.

The only issue I have is I paid for the pool to be heated and it was not heated therefore my guest and myself could not enjoy it. Otherwise the hot tub and rest of the home was fine.

The giant pool made our vacation!! It was huge we could all swim and play! Everyone was in the pool so it kept all of us together! The layout of house is perfect for multi generation families. Plenty of space. Downside: need extra refrigerator and there is space for it downstairs. If it sleeps 14 need more fridge space and ice maker tiny. We had to buy 1-2 bags of ice per day. No way into bay from dock, we managed but hard. We would definitely return!

We had 8 people in our group. It was perfect for us all. Wish it hadn’t been so windy so we could have fished but looked being on the water with a dock. House had plenty of room. Talking with owners were quick to respond to any of my questions. Thank you. MA
