"No complementary breakfast, nothing really to do there. One restaurant wasn’t good. Prices expensive and hotel wasn’t what I expected to be the Hilton. Would go back to this Hilton."

"Ok. First things first. You cannot beat the price of this hotel. I got an ocean front suite for $130 ish. I mean open the back door and the beach is literally 30 feet away. Fantastic. The rooms were clean. They were dated a bit but very clean and comfortable. My unit had a stove, microwave, and pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc. Is it as nice as the $300-$400 a night rooms? No. The pool was outside and warm and not crowded. The hotel is located right by the jetty and Grommet Park so if you park age kids, it’s perfect. I have no complaints. I will stay here again in September. If you care about bougie hotels this is not for you. If you want somewhere clean, safe, and close to the beach without pay a few hundred a night, this is. The only downside is that food is further away than most hotels I have stayed at down there and there is no restaurant in the hotel. Also, there is no parking structure. It is a big parking lot which is good if you have a larger vehicle to park. Hope this helps."

"This property is NOT the experience they post online. The property itself is a disgrace, mold spots all over the ceilings, old disgusting furniture, the mattress legit had a DIP in there center. I started sneezing and wheezing from the minute I checked into the property. Addressed it with staff and they said there was nothing they could do, waited 3 hours for a Manager to get back to me, before I finally checked out and found a new hotel. I contacted Hotels.com to remedy the situation and they ensured the Manager would make it right. I still have yet to hear anything. I simply ask for a refund, and if this is for a Family vacation STEAR CLEAR of this place. I took plenty of pictures and plan to continue to escalate this until it's made Right!!!"

"Check in staff on 5/30/2025 was great, very helpful, very professional and friendly. Room had literally just been painted and the fumes were horrific. Safe was inoperable. Same friendly staff changed my room. There was no room services for three nights/4 days. No sweetner for coffee. We wanted to extend our stay due to a flight change. The front desk staff on 6/1/2025 was night and day different from a hospitality industry standpoint. Not helpful at all. Not interested in assisting in any way. Her primary focus was getting me away from the front desk soa he could get back to her personal phone. There is a reason I try to stay brand loyal to Marriott."

"When I first arrive I had checked in early. They was very helpful and let me do it free of charge. Took a shower and took a nap. Woke up used the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. I let front desk know and they moved me to the room across the hall. Wonderful!!! I was there for 5 days. 4th day I took a shower and walked back in the bed area. Seen a black bug on my pillow. I instantly got pissed. Bed bug was on the pillow. Should’ve took a picture but I washed it off the pillow into the sink. I called my friend and she let me come to her room at another hotel that night. I went back to my room and packed but I’m not bringing them clothes into my house. Have to take them to a laundry m"

"I loved how it was right next to the Williamsburg Welcome Center. The rest of the Historic Triangle Area was within a 20 to 30 minute drive. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Williamsburg or the Historical Triangle Area."
