"Check in was fast and the staff was very polite. The first room we were assigned the fan in the bathroom didn't work and got really hot we went down to let the front desk know just so they could send maintenance up they ended up switching our room. The balcony view was amazing and getting to watch fireworks twice while we were there was a plus."

"Loved how close the property was to Colonial Williamsburg’s visitor center. Just a short walk and no parking fees! The hotel is large and spread out. We were about as far away from the front desk and amenities as possible, but it was quiet! We didn’t use the pool, mini golf or game area, but we could see that they were well maintained- just didn’t have time to enjoy them! The breakfast was less than good. Eggs were questionable! Churros were pretty sad. We went out to eat dinner in Williamsburg- Food for Thought. It was tasty!!"

"This was a breath of fresh air from the motel we left from previously. The rooms are so big and clean. I love the full sized shampoo and conditioners they leave out. The staff helped us out so much after a bad stay and got my husband to sign up for their rewards so we refuse to stay anywhere but through these guys."
