"Es war wirklich wunderbar. Sehr ruhig, viel Natur, tolle Wanderwege direkt ab der Unterkunft und in der ganzen Gegend. Die Hunde der Gastgeber waren lieb und haben unseren Hund gut aufgenommen. Das Gelände ist nicht eingezäunt, aber so groß, dass wir unseren Hund ohne Bedenken frei laufen lassen konnten. "The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"
