"The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, though parking can be difficult. The area gets very busy with tourists arriving for boat tours, rafting, and kayaking. At the town entrance, there was a man who appeared to be directing traffic, but he was actually filtering people to sell tours. When we tried to check into our hotel, he was quite aggressive and verbally abusive. Once he realized we were hotel guests, he allowed us to park, as it seems he works for the hotel. Fortunately, he eventually realized that his behavior was inappropriate and apologized. We found great restaurants around, amazing!!!"

"Having stayed before in a Villa we returned and requested a sea side view room. The room we got was very nice no complaints but just because you can see water in the distance over building does not mean a sea side view. Just double check during check in."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel but a few things I would not to fellow travellers; There are only 12 sun beds round the outdoor pool and towels are placed on these to reserve from early morning Car parking is chargeable Air conditioning is poor and does not cool the rooms down very well Beach/Pool towels are only allowed once per day and this is strictly followed, you will be quizzed as to if you have already have towels if you request them later in the day There is a strict policy of no outdoor food and drink in the hotel - I think it is unreasonable to not be allowed to bring soft drinks back to the room in hot weather The restaurant serving evening meals it’s next to the outdoor pool, you could be trying to eat your evening meal whilst children are playing, jumping and screaming in the pool - this was as late as 8/9pm None of the above will ruin your stay - but some stop the experience from being relaxing and easy. The experience could be improved without such strict rules."
