"One of our BEST ever stay here in Cebu particularly with our 7 weeks vacation all over the Philippines and Thailand. Front office manager Jenevic Alison went way over and beyond her duties to ensure we had the most wonderful and pleasant stay at Dusit Thani Resort, but the wonderful hospitality extended to our room cleaner Mark and his crew and of course the restaurant manager Juve and her crew was super attentive and provided us with extra care. We will definitely stay at Dusit again but longer next time. Thank you Dusit staff and management for such an amazing hospitality and service."

"I had such an amazing stay. The staff went that extra mile and their kindness is truly unmatched. I unfortunately got sick on my last day (no fault of the hotels) and they let me check out hours later free of charge and they also had an onsite nurse which came numerous times to administer light medication. As a traveler from Australia this practice isn’t common and I didn’t even know it was an option. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Also, the buffet breakfast and ammenities were superb!"
