We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and convenient. We stayed in the 1-bed apartment for 4. It came with full size kitchen, huge bath, washer/dryer and a cute balcony. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast. The apartment is right next to a popular night club. We were there from Wed to Fri and they had events with loud music every night until 2am which could be a problem for someone who enjoy quiet night.

Perfect location in the center of Visby. Staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in the Economy Room and the only issue was the rooms were warm in August with no air conditioning. However, there were fans but would prefer air conditioned rooms which I will make sure to check for next time.

A beautiful old quaint hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and the rooms were clean, beds comfortable and a huge bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. This is not a chain hotel so accept that this hotel has character.

Malin, the front desk attendant, was superb. She welcomed us, told us about the accommodations and services, recommended car rentals and restaurants. She made sure everything from the beginning to end of our stay was wonderful.

Märklig placering av ett hotellrum

Bra läge på hotellet. Rummet var som förväntat invändigt, men det var en skrotupplag/soptipp alldeles utanför ett av fönstren så det gick inte att ha öppet. Det var även fönster åt andra hållet som inte kändes ok att ha öppet på natten då det var full insyn och lätt att ta sig in genom. Dessa två omständigheter gjorde rummet extremt varmt eftersom det inte finns ac.

SANSLÖST varmt på rummet. En receptionist gjorde vad hon kunde för att fixa fläktar men hjälpte INGENTING. Att öppna fönster hjälpte inte heller, dessutom rökte en del av personalen på innergården (dit vi hade fönster) så luktade också rök in om fönstret var öppet. Badrummet extremt litet och trångt, väldigt mycket svartmögel i hela badrummet samt många silverfiskar. Det var väldigt fuktigt trots mekanisk fläkt som styrdes av lampknappen. Vilket tyder på dålig ventilation på hotellet generellt sett. Frukosten riktigt bra ändå och det var väl det enda utöver läget på hotellet. Kommer inte besöka igen. Synd att hundar inte heller får sitta i för-rummet till restaurangen. Det brukar dom på alla andra hotell jag varit på. När det regnade ute kunde vi alltså bara äta frukost genom att ta med på rummet. Restaurangen på hotellet är inte längre verksam (utöver frukosten). Jag hade valt något för en vistelse i Visby, helt klart.

Lovely staff, clean and well located.

Central Visby is noisy in the evening, so this hotel is of course affected, but the location is great for daytime. The staff are super friendly and helpful,and the whole place was spotlessly clean and in great condition, no signs of wear and tear. Comfortable beds, and although not a huge range for breakfast, the selection was fresh and tasty. Lovely decking area at the front, for breakfast, or a coffee in the afternoon, away from the crowds.

Wunderbares kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Von hier aus ist alles gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind besonders: historisch, bzw. historisiert. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker. W-LAN funktioniert, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Bullrig frukost men fint

Bo mitt i centrala staden. Mysigt och slingriga korridorer. Rymligt rum på översta våningen. Lite enklare frukost och hög ljudvolym i matsalen som var ljus men blev varm under glastaket. Toaletten städades men glas byttes inte ut.

Mycket bra centralt läge. Fina rum och trevlig personal. Vissa rum finns i ett annex och rummen är fina, men om du har rörelseproblem ska du se till att inte hamna där. Hiss saknas och trapporna är branta.
