"The location it was not where it supposed to be. I realy needed to stay in Nelas. In your site, the place is in Nelas. Thats the reason I booked at the first place. And even at the Google Maps it shows the place as it it in Nelas. But the fact is that it is not in the village I wanted. So I could not stay at the place. I had to move to another place with extra charge. I hope I could refund me because the information I had for the booking is not correct. Kind regards"

"We stayed at the villa for two weeks - 4 adults and 1 young child. The villa was great. The listing shows many of its features but in reality it is even better. The villa and grounds cover a large area allowing people to either be together or to find an area to relax by themselves. The many fruit trees and their fruit also added to the overall feeling of the villa as a place to relax.The villa was clean and all bed linen/towels were good quality and changed during the stay. "Einweisung kurz und bündig. Sehr zentral gelegen. Harte Matratzen und starre Lattenroste. Bei einem Lattenrost fielen 2 Latten schon beim Draufsetzen herunter (nur angeklebt). Ehefrau konnte deswegen kein Auge zu machen. Daher verfrühte Abreise. Kein Haarföhn."
