Four bedrooms are spread over the two upper floors. A small balcony on the second floor offers wonderful views over the roofs of the village to the glittering Adriatic Sea on the horizon. On the spacious open-plan ground floor, a cozy living room with fireplace adjoins a comfortable dining area and a rustic, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful stone walls frame the immaculately maintained garden, where magnificent shrubs bloom, a variety of herbs are fragrant and old olive trees provide shade. A few steps lead from the perfectly landscaped pool to the terrace, which, with its pretty furniture and brick barbecue, is the perfect place for al fresco dining. Here you can enjoy the Mediterranean ambience of this wonderful villa without a care in the world. Olive oil and other delicious local products can be purchased from the friendly neighbors in the village.This charming stone house is located in a small wine-growing village above Porec, surrounded by beautiful countryside with sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea. The typical Istrian hilltop town of Visnjan is very close by. Small stores, cafés and restaurants enliven the charming town and if you follow the winding alleyways through the ancient walls, you can sense its eventful history. The region around Visnjan is famous for its excellent local produce and authentic gastronomy, which is offered in many restaurants, rural agritourisms and rustic cellars. There is even a famous observatory among the town's attractions. The surrounding area also has numerous hiking and cycling routes. One of the most beautiful is the 'Parenzana', a historic railroad line that runs over old viaducts and through tunnels, making a ride on the little tourist train a real experience! The old Roman town of Porec, just 10 km away, provides more excitement. Not only does it offer every conceivable leisure activity, fantastic beaches, excellent restaurants, cafés and good nightlife, but also cultural events and remarkable UNESCO World Heritage sites.
