Villa GF25

Villa GF25 is a new built holiday house situated on the edge of the picturesque town Visnjan with beautiful view.

It is only 12 km from Porec and its beaches away, and only a few minutes by foot from the house there are restaurants and typical Istrian taverns. The house disposes with an enclosed garden of 500 sqm where is situated a beautifully maintained garden, outdoor pool of 24 sqm, parking for two cars and summer kitchen with sitting furniture and barbecue. On guests’ disposal there is also a children playground located at the plot of the owner who lives near the Villa GF25.



Villa with swimming pool for 2 guests with a total living area of 65 sqm + 20 sqm of covered terrace consists of air conditioned ground floor with living area with access to the covered terrace with summer kitchen, equipped kitchen, dining table, one single bedroom, one double bedroom, shower/toilet and guest toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.

Wir haben uns sofort in das Häuschen verliebt. Ein süßes Häuschen, ruhig gelegen, mit einem sehr schön angelegten Garten und Pool. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und es fehlt an nichts, Klimaanlage, Grill etc.. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Den dahinter gelegen Garten durften wir ebenfalls mitbenutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus ist man im Dorfzentrum mit verschieden Einkaufmöglichkeiten und sehr guten Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser Villa, und es ist einfach top! Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit allem was man sich für seinen Urlaub wünschen kann. Die Hauseigetümer sind sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl!

Sehr nette und engagierte Vermieter. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund, da komplett eingezäunt. Egal ob Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzger oder Restaurants - alles perfekt in Gehweite. Wer etwas vom Trubel entfernt sein möchte, ist das die passende Wahl.

Die kleine Villa ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen und ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Sie befindet sich in einer kleinen Stadt in der man die Ruhe und Schönheit Istriens genießen kann. Unsere Vermieter sind supernett und sehr zuvorkommend. Jeder der seinen Urlaub nicht derekt am Strand verbringen möchte, wird sich hier richtig wohl fühlen. Wir sind froh uns für dieses Objekt entschieden zu haben und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr!
