Višnjan. The villa is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Countless leisure activities are offered all around, on land and on water, such as cycling, hiking, tennis, golf, horse riding, diving, windsurfing, water skiing or sailing.

For those interested in culture, about a 10-minute drive away in Poreč and Novigrad there is a range of museums, galleries and sights as well as numerous events and concerts.

In addition, the region impresses with the culinary richness of its local cuisine. In the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance there are already some excellent restaurants to discover.
