"This is a wonderful small hotel in a charming town. Very easy walk from the included parking lot. We were provided with excellent arrival and parking instructions. You park in the public parking and walk into the town. The rooms are very updated and the bathroom is modern. Excellent shower. This town is definitely worth a stay. Very small but has its own beach and the boat (or walk) directly into KRKA national park. "

"If you decide to visit Sibenick (and you should), Fenice is an excellent option. It's a great location with friendly & accommodating staff. It was like staying in a cute wine cellar- very small but fine for 2 people .Mentally prepare for tiny spaces before coming to Croatia for the 1st time as this applies to almost anywhere authentic you can stay. I appreciated the good communication, accomodation of all questions, and the little touches like micellar water in the bathroom. "

"The property is deluxe by European standards. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and plentiful, the grounds are lovely with many seating areas to relax. The pool area was enjoyable. The rooms were a bit dated, but very comfortable."

A delicious and well priced restaurant 2 mins walk on the water. 3 bus comes right to the door. 1.50 euros and goes right to at Michael fortress. We didn't need more than 1 day touring Sibenik but Would definitely stay here again. "
