I was so impressed with the staff at the bar, reception desk, and the taxi driver and the breakfast lounge. We were treated like king and queen. So happy we stayed here. Great staff"

"Reminded that Zermatt hotels cannot have air-conditioning installed. Climate change has made early autumn hot. We had to leave windows and patio door open to ventilate the room. Not helpful if room is close to people and vehicles passing by."

"Everything about my room was wonderful. Only problem I had was I came late and parked in the wrong parking lot (beside/next to the hotel), when it was supposedly the one across. I wasn't able to read the message on time and was in a hurry already to retire for the day. Apart from that, the place is nice."
