"Perfect hotel!"

"Under the current management all was very clean and comfortable. The people were very diligent and polite. We were there 4 days with a sheep doodle and found a problem walking the dog . There are Burr Weeds every where that still to the paws and really hurt the dog walking and removing them."

"We loved our stay at Sunday House Inn & Suites. We chose a queen suite and couldn't have been more comfortable. The property is older, but VERY well maintained with a perfect location for visiting the Fredericksburg area. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. This will be the place we return to again and again when visiting Fredericksburg, TX!"

"Great place, outside space amazing, fire places, seating, pool, hot tub. Super friendly staff, close to town. Rooms are large, clean but a little dated/shabby. A little spruce would make this a 10/10 place. At the mo I’d give it an 8.7/10"

"Everything was absolutely wonderful! The house was very clean and we loved all the decor and antiques of the heritage of the house! We had such a peaceful, relaxing time there. We never left the grounds. We spent a great deal of our time around the Amazing fire pit they have, just enjoying the fire and the quiet! The Hosts were Fantastic! Very personable and caring! They had farm fresh eggs in the fridge for us along with homemade syrup for pancakes (pancake mix in cupboard). Answered any questions we had and gave us some suggestions of places to visit. We loved the animals too (chickens, goats, duck, and cattle). This is a Phenomenal place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet and beautiful scenery! You can sit in the screened in porch, sipping coffee while you watch the sunrise and listen to the rooster crow in the morning!! You can sit around the fire pit or on the front porch and watch the sunset! Absolutely beautiful!! We’re definitely planning on visiting again in the future!!"

"It was so quiet from the moment we arrived. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We asked if a fire pit was included with our stay and it wasn’t. They went out of their way to provide a fire pit which was there at the time we arrived. The location is close to town which is a plus. The a/c was amazing and it cooled the room all night. The room smelled really good and clean. It was perfect for our little getaway. "

"Wow what a great large property perfect for a big group for my birthday weekend in Fredericksburg! We had the best time and really enjoyed all the amenities the place had to offer- fire pit, hot tub, large outdoor space right on the river it was heaven. Lots of prickers in the grass so don’t go barefoot but that’s just the region, had to make sure all the littles we had with us were careful. Wonderful having rocking chairs on the front porch where we sat and enjoyed our coffee in the morning. Everyone agreed the beds were super comfy which is sometimes hit or miss with rental properties so we were very happy with that.Some things that may require attention:Two of the chairs around the fire pit were broken so we just brought some down from the porch. Proximity to the local airfield meant there was some noise from the planes overhead but only during the day. The guest book listed a shuffleboard and ping pong table in the barn but after messaging the host they said they have closed that space off and removed those activities from the listing but it would have been nice to have access to that.It was a tad pricey but all in all I think it was worth it especially for a large group. "
