First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apartment to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs. "An excellent experience! Property is at the bottom of town, close to restaurants and grocery store. Villa was very clean and well stocked and had a beautiful view. Beds were firm but comfortable. Free Parking was a few streets away downhill. A perfect place to stay in Montepulciano. "

"Our adult family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect- right beside a small walking trail up to town and in a part of Tuscany that allowed us day trip to wine country and to the coast to take in a swim. Having the older couple on site was handy for an issues, especially when we arrived without keys. They were generous with their wine and we bought their olive oil.
