"Simple and cozy. Located 20-minute walk to free cruise shuttle. Excellent restaurants and coffee bar within a block. The owner, Stefan, (speaks English) is very warm, hospitable, helpful and welcoming. Great place to stay before and after cruising. Booking was easy! "Francesco was terrific. It was an easy walk from the train station. The room and amenities were even better than I expected. The hotel was right across from Fort Michaelangelo and various shopping and dining options. For those going on a cruise and looking for an overnight place to stay, this a perfect selection. Free bus to the ship shuttles is just down the street or for those inclined to walk it only takes about 10 minutes. Very easy check in and check out. "

"Cita was amazing, so was her husband Sandro. She went above and beyond and found a lost bag we left at train station. He drove us right to ship for free. No shuttle bus or schlepping bags ( we had many). Can’t say enough about their hospitality. true, you have a to walk a few blocks to get beyond the nearby Esterina restaurant. But their personal care and help is rare to find anywhere "

Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount!...

"What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. We enjoyed every aspect of it and until one stays there the value of the parking space cannot be overstated! We hope we get the opportunity to return...
