- Flat in a prime location of Itaparica Beach, Vila Velha ES
Wonderful apartment facing the sea, with panoramic view of Itaparica Beach. Just below the fit we have pharmacy, bakery and other trades nearby. Located on the 6th floor, consisting of a very cozy and spacious room with a double bed, mattresses, air conditioning, fan and wardrobe.
A room with a sofa bed, TV, internet, table with 4 chairs. A glass-enclosed balcony, a table, 4 puff chairs and a lovely view of the waterfront.
A kitchen with cabinet, piped gas stove and refrigerator, microwave, filtered water fountain, sandwich maker and household items.
A bathroom with luxury shower with clothesline, closet with drawers, mirror and shower with hot water.
Recreation area with pool, sauna and barbecue (check availability for use of barbecue).
