Uma boa estadia.

O Hotel tem uma boa localização, com shopping e restaurantes próximos, conta com um bom café da manhã e os quartos são confortáveis para um casal. Um bom treinamento e supervisão para equipe de limpeza e recepção, quanto ao atendimento nos serviços prestados aos hospedes (principalmente aos serviços que dependem da parceria de terceiros) vai fazer toda a diferença em qualquer avaliação.

Super mau atendido no chek in, 2 funcionários muito desagradáveis, me colocaram um uma suíte, muito ruim, banheiro pequeníssimo,tampa do vaso com problema , ducha vazando, pessoal da limpeza especial, restaurante com atendimento vip, o restante dos funcionários muito educados, já me hospedei várias vz, sempre muito satisfeito, tirando está desagradável surpresa tudo ótimo.
