The fact that anyone would purposely check themselves into this hotel blows my mind. Our flight landed late we booked this place as we were on our way to it because it was near and the pictures looked like the place was clean and we only needed a place for the night. We got there and it was nothing like the pictures looked like. The room hadnt been clean at all, there was still garbage in different places across the room. The one that blew my mind is when i lifted the toilet seat and there was still urine stains on the toilet seat that were fresh. I was so disgusted i called my wife showed her and we immediately checked out we didnt even place our stuff down. I went downstairs to the staff and was told that since i booked through expedia they couldnt do much and i had to deal with it through expedia. I have no idea how this place has the rating that it has, I’m never the type to bash a business if i go somewhere and don’t like it i just don’t go back but after what i saw i had to write this so others don’t make the same mistake i did.

CONTRAS - Quarto bem pequeno e sem isolamento acústico. Ouve-se tudo que se passa no corredor e nos quartos vizinhos, até uma ligação telefônica ou a tv ligada, sem contar o barulho do trânsito que é destaque negativo. No banheiro uma pia minúscula com uma torneira desproporcional faz espirrar água para todo lado. Box de vidro agarrando mas chuveiro com boa pressão. PRÓS - Café da manhã com boa variedade. Equipe de atendimento desde a recepção ao pessoal da limpeza muito simpática.

Falta muito pra ser duas estrelas.

pessima experiencia. salvam a localização, a ducha e o restaurante. Quartos minusculos, só cabe uma pessoa. somente um elevador funcionando. obras no predio, barulho das ruas e do predio invadem seu descanso, funcionarios despreparados, insetos picando hospedes.

Vim curtir com minha família Vitória e fiz a reserva pelo aplicativo hotels.com Encontrei o Transamerica fit com uma ótima localização, limpeza excelente, café da manhã muito bom Só tem 02 coisas que quero pontuar que não me agradaram o frigobar congela as águas, e a cama do quarto que ficamos um travasseiro muito fino e o colchão estava com seu meio baixo A gente vem pra curtir e descansar e a cama ruim não dá Fora isso atendimento excelente Solucionando isso um ambiente maravilho para estar perto de tudo shopping, praias, aeroporto e restaurantes maravilhosos

presenciei uma situação com uma senhora de cadeira de rodas que não pode receber o cabelereiro no quarto por normas do hotel, informaram que ela tinha que ser atendida na recepção do hotel ou pagar uma taxa para o rapaz subir. Acredito que faltou bom senso para com a senhora que tinha mobilidade bem reduzida e estava com a familia inteira hospedada no hotel.
