Na entrada foi muita demora com dificuldade de receber o e-mail da reserva . O café atrasou a abrir e quando aberto nada de mais é muito longe de um café de hotel . Frutas congeladas e pão com manteiga e frios . Sinceramente, péssimo. Tive que pedir para limpar a sanduicheira, muito suja.

Tive uma surpresa ao fazer o check in e descobrir que o quarto que eu havia reservado não estava disponível. Havia selecionado um quarto com cama de casal mas me colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. A atendente ainda insinuou que seria um erro meu ao ter feito a reserva e ter selecionado o quarto errado, mas mostrei o comprovante do quarto correto que eu havia pago e ela por fim me disse que o hotel não teria como fornecê-lo pois ele não estaria disponível. Tirando isso foi uma estadia boa

Hotel atende o básico

O hotel está em bom estado. A localização é boa, com fácil acesso à praia de Camburi. Tem um Burger King e supermercado a poucos passos. O acesso à garagem e vagas são apertadas, exigindo cuidado nas manobras. O café da manhã é apenas regular. Durante os 4 dias da minha estadia somente no primeiro dia (domingo) disponibilizaram suco de laranga (item básico em qualquer café da manhã). Nos demais dias, disponibilizaram um refresco com sabor totalmente artificial. E não tinha gelo (somente a pedido). Os bolos estavam insossos e massudos. A reposição dos itens era muito lenta e só funcionava a pedido. O pão de queijo estava muito bom (senti falta de requeijão cremoso para acompanhar). Me surpreendeu negativamente o tamanho do quarto, pois era bem pequeno. Achei exagerado o valor cobrado pela diária do nosso pet (70 reais). Ou seja, o hotel atende o básico, mas não espere muito.

Péssima experiência, cheguei já era 23:00 e estava uma confusão no hotel, não tinha os quartos disponíveis, um colaborador do hotel está arrumando um andar que estava em manutenção para os hóspedes acessar, uma falta de respeito tremendo, foi entrar no quarto 1 da manhã, 2 horas esperando, sendo que tive que sair às 6:00, então era somente um sono , liberaram um quarto sujo, empoeirado , ar vazando, nojento. Fiquei por falta de opção, mais deveriam devolver meu dinheiro.
