"Great hotel, easy walk into centre of Arras, room was clean and tidy. No kettle or anything in room, however good selection of drinks available in reception. Quiet location and great bakery next door. "

"Whole experience was fabulous - there’s a short stay car space immediately out front, check in was quick and easy and fabulous room (no.129) with balcony. Very central for everything staff welcoming and room clean had everything we needed (lots of sockets!) - superb value for money ❤️"

"We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was so modern and had a lovely feel to it. The young lady on reception was wonderful. She made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner as it was a Sunday but she gave us information on where we could eat and it was easy to find and very good with a lot of choice Everywhere was spotless and our room was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely go there again."

"We were a bit confused initially when we arrived in an out of town shopping zone. The hotel facilities were excellent but I felt that the staff were keen for us to finish our lovely meal. We had arrived in the restaurant at 20.30 and had been reassured that we were welcome. Maybe I've misread things but I did get a vibe that staff would prefer if we finished sooner rather than later."
