Ho prenotato una camera a 4 stelle che sul sito sembrava da sogno invece mi hanno sistemato in una camera sporca, con i muri pieni di muffa e altro che non mi va di raccontare. Insomma da evitare, per le stelle preferisco non commentare.

fine place, not too choice

It was a fine enough place for an over night. The rooms that sleep four were pretty basic. Nothing fancy about it. The spa you must make reservation. You can not use the indoor pool anytime you wish and no kids allowed in. It was a walk to get to it and is NOT an amenity. The place hosted two events that were loud with two DJs till late in the night and made parking impossible for guests who went to dinner else where. We stayed here by recommendation, but would not stay again.

La struttura non può essere considerata a 4 stelle solo perché ha la piscina o perché ha una spa; capisco che far quadrare i conti non è mai facile ma un hotel, per poter essere definito tale, deve consentire il riposo durante la notte. Aprire la piscina e la spa al pubblico esterno incrementa le entrate ma gli ospiti ne risentono, se poi si aggiunge che al sabato il ristorante, aperto al pubblico esterno, si sposta a bordo piscina con serata danzante che si protrae fino alle 1:30 capite bene che non è possibile dormire. Le camere non sono insonorizzate per cui è come avere il dj in camera. Il ristorante non è poi così male come viene descritto in altre recensioni anche se il rapporto prezzo qualità non è dei migliori, potendosi spostare per raggiungere i centri vicini si mangia molto meglio a prezzi più contenuti. Altre pecchebper un ristorante di un 4 stelle: chiedo un vino della lista e mi viene comunicato che non c'è in cantina, mancanza di salviette per pulirsi dopo il pesce. La colazione non è assolutamente da 4 stelle mancando del tutto la parte salata delle colazioni continentali (uova ecc...), solo una mattina delle quattro in cui abbiamo fatto colazione c'era un po' di formaggio e spalla cotta. Concordo in gran parte con le recensioni più recenti che come struttura ricettiva è piuttosto scarsa e sicuramente eviterò di prendere in considerazione un nuovo soggiorno in futuro. Solo il personale di sala e della reception ha dimostrato cortesia e disponibilità.

Una piacevole sorpresa

Struttura graziosa, ben tenuta, flora rigogliosa. A due passi dal centro di Comiso e da quello di Vittoria. Piscina pulita e personale molto gentile. Forse migliorerei il menù della mezza pensione, inserendo frutta o dolce a fine pasto. Esperienza piacevole e da rifare!

En la recepción apenas chapurreaban el inglés. La piscina aun la tenían cerrada y se quedaron con nuestros DNI durante una tarde entera para realizar trámites.

Not a bad hotel but pretty dated. Could barely fit through the gap in the doors to get into the shower, no way to turn off the loud air conditioning unit at night and saw a cockroach on the floor of the breakfast room. Besides that pool was decent and the staff friendly

Flot hotel med god service.

Vi ankom om natten. Der var et bryllup på hotellet, så det var muligt at få noget god mad. Værelset var altid pænt og rent. Sengene var dog ikke særlig gode. Personalet var søde, venlige og hjælpsomme. Der var bryllup/fest på hotellet hver eneste aften, og somme tider lukkede swimmingpoolen allerede 18. 30 pga. dette. Morgenmaden var ikke så avanceret men ok.

Good Stop-over

Flew into Comiso late at night, so stayed here to avoid tackling the pot-holed roads at night:-) The room was clean, staff helpful and friendly and the on-site restaurant provided good food and friendly service. All in all excellent value for money and a good place to stop over before the onward journey, being 1/2 mile from the airport.
