"We did not have the breakfast. We opted to drive out and have a local breakfast. It was a very nice place in this rural area in the middle of Jutland. Dark skys made star gazing quite nice. Quiet with few people around. A simple market a short walk away was also very convient. It would be a great place to bring kids and get away from the bustle of the city. "

"Overall, we had a very good stay at the airport hotel in Billund. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, especially if you're flying into or out of Billund. The only disappointment was the communication regarding the complimentary shuttle service to and from LEGOLAND and LEGO House. We spent a significant amount of money on Uber because we were never informed that the hotel provides this free service. This was not clearly communicated to us...

"This is a hotel that requires you to use an app on your phone to open that gate that allows you into the parking lot. This is the only place we had some difficulty, because I had run out of data on my eSIM, which I bought before we left for the trip from Canada. Luckily, my wife still had some data on her phone, so we got in. Once close to the hotel, I could use the free WiFi and the app to open the doors. "The place was pretty clean. Room was up very steep staircase and very basic. Access to comunal kitchen was nice. The window opened just a tiny bit and it was hot outside so the room was very warm. The bathroom had a weird, fishy smell to it. On the plus side - the bed was very comfortable."

"Wonderful stay in a country setting just outside Billund. Such a beautiful and relaxing property. A stark contrast from the busy places in Copenhagen. If you are heading to Legoland and do not want to stay at the resort, this is your place."
