"El hotel esta genial ,super lindo y bien ubicado solo no le doy sus 5 estrellas por el calor y la calidad de sus sabanas, el a/c aunque lo bajamos muchisimo solo casi amaneciendo es que logra enfriar bien. Es una pena que no mejoren ese detalle para sus 5 estrellas"

"The hotel is upscale and modern with a lobby and cool glass dome elevators It is located close to the train station the town center (away from the touristy noise) within a very short walking distance. The reception desk was friendly and checked us in promptly. The room was modern with a great shower and amenities too. They also have a restaurant on site and an outdoor terrace. Even though I did not go, it looks pretty cool."

"Very nice hotel very close to the Alhambra. There are several restaurants close to the hotel or it's a 15 minute walk to the city center. The walk to town is through a shady walkway without traffic, so it's a very nice walk (although the walk back up the hill is more challenging than going down!) We enjoyed a couple of hours by the pool, although there are only two umbrellas so one day we couldn't go unless we wanted to sit in full sun. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
