"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "The room was much smaller and impossible for 3 people so I had to rent another room. During the stay we found on multiple occasions multiple cockroach and by day 9 we left the property by having a cockroach walking on my body. Get the place cleaned up and I am requesting a refund"
