Enjoy the tranquility in this beautifully situated vacation home on the water. Relax after an active day in the province of Groningen on a sun lounger with a beautiful view of the lake. On the opposite side is a small sandy beach. Lovers of fishing and sailing can often be found on the mooring in the garden. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, dining table, smart TV and access to the terrace. The first floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sauna and sink. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of them with a smart TV.



This comfortable vacation home is located in a beautifully landscaped vacation park with all kinds of facilities for the whole family. This vacation park in Groningen is the ideal destination for all ages because of the various recreational possibilities. Take advantage of the free access to the indoor swimming pool with a water slide and a separate children's pool. There is also a recreational beach, mini golf course, tennis courts and various playgrounds on the vacation park. The vacation home is directly adjacent to a 9-hole golf course. Here is also a restaurant with a nice terrace.
