"We merely just for one night.
Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com
Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com
We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite.
Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room.

"We had a great stay at Huis Kandelabra, a really comfortable, well appointed house a short drive from the sites of Oudtshoorn. The electric blankets were a winner and the kitchen and living areas amazing! Everything was! Thank you so much to An-Mari and Jacques. "
