The hotel was very good and felt new. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was that the room took a few hours to fully cool down, but overall it wasn’t a major concern.
One thing travelers should know in advance is that although the hotel advertises a spa, the spa is operated separately and comes at an additional cost. We’ve stayed at other Autograph Collection hotels where spa access was included with the reservation, so it would be helpful if this was made clearer when booking.
Other than that, we had a good experience. The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and I would consider staying here again."
