The location is great, with a few free parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis and plenty of free street parking nearby. "Stunning hotel convenient to everything in Bruges. Supermarket is steps away but be advised it does not open until 830 am and most everything closes at 6 pm. be sure to take a guided tour of town otherwise you miss much of the history. Staff also pointed out places to see when we checked in. A hotel provided shuttle to/from the train would be nice. Overall fantastic."

"Great, central location. Walkable to everything. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean, lovely bathroom comfortable bed. Maybe more storage would have been better. 2 drawers in bedside table, but only 1 is functional. Nice little fridge, handy to put drinks in. Room tidied up daily. Nice to have sauna to use. Breakfast was superb. Huge amount of choice, all fresh, and cooked food nice and hot. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Loved Bruges and this hotel. Everything is decorated in bicycle style, you can rent regular or e bikes and cycle around like the locals. Short drive/walk to the city centre. Restaurant was excellent, we had a mature woman server and she was a delight. Food and service were great. Wish they had some kind of vending machine for late night drink/snack as shopping options are not that close. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again. Everything in Bruges was lovely, including this hotel. Room was also decorated in bicycle design and industrial style. Best part was an actual king bed, not those two singles put together. Loved the bed."

"I really enjoyed our stay in this characterful hotel which was very well located in the city of Bruges. You’ll need to pre book parking, and it is a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Staff and service were very good and attentive. Our room was in a building across from the main hotel and was a great size, the bathroom was huge!! My only disappointments were a) very thin and small towels b) large, unsightly and noisy fridge in the bedroom which we had to unplug at night and c) no USB sockets for charging phones/tablets. The bar room is beautiful for a drink before heading out for dinner. Breakfast is excellent, what a fantastic choice! We travelled with our dog, and felt very welcome with him. For breakfast, we had a table set up in the bar room which opens up into the breakfast room so we felt like we had our own private dining room!! It’s a great place to stay - if the room ‘niggles’ were sorted I’d give it 5*."
