  • Villa-Flipa is an extraordinary new house for 8 to 10 people (two Apartment ca 60 m², about 12 walking minutes from the beach.

    The house is on a quiet location with beautiful Looks to Vodice Old Town. With its 60m² spread over 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen / living room, balcony with sea view, and 2 parking spaces + 1 garage space is it an ideal base for a family holiday.

    The apartment is located in a quiet, child-friendly environment. Equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, it offers a very high comfort.

Vodice Vorsaison

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, das Wetter war gut, obwohl es zwischenzeitlich mal etwas regnete. Das Appartement war sehr gut und auch die Außenanlagen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr netter Wirt, der auch immer ein offenes Ohr für uns hatte.Rundherum ein schöner Urlaub

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen unkomplizierten, entspannten und kinderfreundlichen Aufenthalt bei Fam. Zaja. Die Lage ist optimal: absolut ruhig, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Strand und Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war tiptop sauber. Die gut ausgestattete Unterkunft bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, vorallem lädt der Grillplatz mit wunderschönen Grillterasse zum Verweilen ein. Der saubere Pool und Liegen sind auch vorhanden. Toller Kontakt zu den Eigentümern welche jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stehen. Vielen, großen Dank euch nochmal Ivan und Lilli. Schöner Urlaub in Vodice

Wir fahren zu dritt für eine Woche in Vodice. Es gab keinerlei Probleme oder derartiges. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich und sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Grill und Pool sind auch vorhanden somit kann man sich auch einen schönen Tag zuhause machen, wenn man mal nichts unternehmen möchte. Der Gastgeber ist auch sehr freundlich und gibt auch gerne Tipps rundum Vodice und etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Urlaubstage im App. Pavla,wir genossen die Ruhe im gesamten Haus sehr,hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool der immer sauber war.In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht.Der Check in durch die Vermieterin verlief problemlos,sie Stand uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Seite. Ausserdem hat man vom Balkon des Appartements einen wundervollen Ausblick.Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Flipa sehr genossen und hoffen sehr dass wir dort erneut als Gäste willkommen sind.Alles in allem ist die komplette Anlage uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.!

Es war eine schöne Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage. Es war alles soweit sauber und nur 10 Meter bis zum Pool. Man konnte draussen essen und grillen und bis zur Stadt waren es nur 5-10 min laufweg. Im grossen und ganzen war es super und sehr angenehm. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Heel complete woning, alle keuken benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Het huis staat wel op een hoge heuvel, dus houd hier rekening mee. De gastheer kon ons alles vertellen over de bezienswaardigheden in Kroatië, dat was echt super.

Lovely holiday in a great location

The apartment had everything we needed and was well looked after. The pool was kept very clean and the patio/sunbathing area was great. Loved the outside traditional oven! Location was good and quiet but would suggest you have a car. No problem parking as it has designated parking area. Owners were very helpful. Would recommend.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Vodice verbracht. Das Appartement war toll und natürlich der Pool, der bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt war. Es war alles sehr sauber und Lilli war da für uns, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr voll gefühlt und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Vielen lieben Dank!

Einfach nur Traumhaft

Wir sind zu dritt am anfang der Nachseison angereist (14 Monate altes Baby) Wir sind vom Neffen der Gastgeberin empfangen worden. Man hat für uns den Pool nochmals „aufgefrischt“ - eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden, die Wohnung klimatisiert und astrein sauber! Während unseres Aufenthalts war der Neffe und die Gastgeberin telefonisch jederzeit zu erreichen und uneingeschränkt hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Vodice - gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gepflegt und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter lassen keine Wünsche offen und haben sogar ein neues Babybett gekauft. Hatten ein 11 Monate altes Baby dabei. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber und geplegt. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jedem Fall Freunden weiter empfehlen.
