Also on this level, a fully equipped open kitchen features an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer, alongside a separate WC for added convenience. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is complemented by a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms each feature a French bed of the same dimensions, 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with individual en-suite bathrooms equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. One of the upper-floor bedrooms opens directly onto a 10 m2 terrace, partly roofed and furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
